December is a special month for many of us– the holidays, the end of another year, looking back at what we’ve experienced and achieved, looking forward to plans for the year to come. It also happens to be our birthday month. We’ve turned five! So on this NYE, we’re feeling extra celebratory and maybe even a bit sentimental.
We are so lucky to be in a business where we get to create memorable celebrations for our clients on their most special of days. It’s easy at times to get caught up in the smallest of details, the behind the scenes, the packing and unpacking of u-hauls at 2am, the not-so-glamorous sides of this industry. But in the undercurrent of everything we do is joy and gratitude. Gratitude for the opportunities, the experiences, the incredible people we get to meet and collaborate with each day, and for those of you who follow along on our journey and show us so much love through social media. To each and every one of you– thank you. A huge, warm, joyful, thank you.
Wishing you all a Happy New Year from Team TNR!

We’ve been patiently (or maybe not-so patiently) awaiting the day that we could share these images with all of you! This September, we had the incredible opportunity to design and produce a wedding at Martha Stewart’s breathtaking Westchester, NY estate. Kristina and Barrett came to us looking for a lush and sophisticated take on a garden party celebration. And garden party we did!
Martha’s Upstate New York property offered the perfect backdrop for our garden inspiration with incredible greenhouses, acres of grassy fields and forest, and most any plant one could hope for. And if you know us, you know we hope for ALL of the plants. The bride, who also happens to be Martha’s niece, (we know– we were bummed to hear we couldn’t rent the property ourselves!) wore a remarkable Alon Livne White gown that we’re still lusting over. A delicately beaded top, illusion neckline, and fitted crepe skirt and our dreams have come true.
The winter issue of Martha Stewart Weddings hits newsstands today. Grab a copy to see the feature along with some tips straight from Martha and the bride herself on creating your dream wedding!
Check out more photos after the jump and stay tuned for Part II
We are excited to share Amanda and Bradley’s Texas wedding featured on 100 Layer Cake today! The bride and groom came to us looking for something elegant and refined yet relaxed and Ma Maison was the perfect place for us to create it. With creme, blush, and lavender florals, we added a pop of sapphire in the grooms boutonniere and deep pink in the floral wreath sported by their adorable pup.
We used table linens to bring in richer shades of blue and alternating ribbons of rose quartz and deep lavender at each place setting to evoke a bit of sophisticated drama as guests entered the reception, all shot by the incredible Belathée. Check out more photos below!
We’re pleased to share the photos from our autumn inspired Style Guide featured in the inaugural issue of Brides of Austin magazine. We love any opportunity to combine rich, rusty tones, saturated reds, and a little bit of brassy gold. Thanks to our host Ma Maison and a big thank you to all the vendors who contributed. Wishing you all a long weekend full of joy and thankfulness from Team TNR. May the good things in life be yours in abundance!
