Poppies at The Hotel St. Cecilia

Just popping in to share a belated little beauty we left for a private birthday at our perennial favourite, the Hotel St. Cecilia here in Austin. To say we’re obsessed with the St. Cecilia and its gorgeous views would be putting it mildly. That peacock wall really does no wrong, and those ruby hued, double stuff poppies [most definitely not their proper name] were plucked from the garden and were a true feat of nature. Next staycation, perhaps? Incroyable, as they say.

Honestly, there is little better than designing to the historically marvelous and detailed interiors at The Perry Belmont House in DC, and our late fall dinner party-turned-boudoir-inspired revelry did not disappoint. As big art patrons and collectors, J&S came to us looking for guidance on where their wedding celebration ought to take place. Considering spots […]

When we received word that the mother of the groom was set on using The Adolphus Hotel in Dallas as the scene for the welcome dinner for guests of C & C’s late January wedding, we were beyond excited. We’ve been huge fans of the elegant, light-filled 19th Floor Ballroom (also known as The Governor’s […]
