I finally went. I’d heard of Round Top Antique Fair [a bi-annual antique show that folks travel far and wide for an hour east of Austin] well before we got to Texas, and somehow hadn’t been able to make the trek until last week. I also had a laundry list of supply items that needed to be tended to — which was the reason why I came back over 55 vintage apothecary bottles, among others. The loot:
I’m especially jazzed about the stool for my new workspace. It’s a beaut.
Editors note: Funny enough, the prices and supply weren’t that great in comparison to local antiques stores + malls, and other sources around the city. Most likely influenced my relatively small budget, thus, I couldn’t come home with a 12-foot-long-zinc and farmwood table. Bummer.
