Summer Harvest Inspiration

┬áIt’s the dog days of summer heat here in Texas, and I’m dreaming of outdoor dinners amidst friends and family. For a summer harvest, I like the simplicity of the place settings mixed with fruit and seasonal vegetables — a trend that is popular for plenty of amazing reasons. That deep leaf green mixed with the black-purple of plums against crisp white is a combination that I’d love to see happen more often! Don’t be shy about mixing ornate, delicate elements with a more natural, rustic base — an air-dried linen tablecloth perhaps?
