Fantastic, you’re exactly who we’re looking for to lend a hand planning, designing, and producing our weddings!
Social Media + Design Intern
As an intern for The Nouveau Romantics, you will have the opportunity to assist in the event design and production process. You will gain experience in researching and coordinating with vendors, building design proposals, scheduling and budgeting projects, and managing social media.
Responsibilities Include
- Preparing design proposals and estimates for clients
- Scheduling and budgeting projects
- Monitoring and posting on all social media platforms
- Press submissions and blog posts
- Assembling print collateral
- General administrative support
Ideal Candidate
- Creative with a passion for design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Self motivated with an eagerness to learn
- Desire and ability to solve problems and present new ideas
- Takes direction well and isn’t afraid to ask for help
Requirements
- Able to work 10-15 hours a week plus occasional weekends during wedding season
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (required) and InDesign (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to receive course credit

Planning + Administrative Intern
You will have the opportunity to assist in the planning, design, and production process. You may also participate in managing budgets, researching vendors, scheduling meetings, and other administrative support.
